Mow and More NJ LLC dba ASAP Property Services operates this website. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, linked ASAP calculators, service requests and customer communications. Third-party services also provide their own privacy notices.

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

• Property information such as the service address, requested work, lawn or driveway measurements, access information and scheduling preferences.

Please do not put payment-card numbers, government identification numbers or unrelated sensitive information in request notes or photos. Share only property and contact information you are authorized to provide.

Some website forms save your information in ASAP’s website request system. Forms powered by Jobber send the information entered there to Jobber for ASAP to manage. Our commercial and HOA form uses Jobber, and the lawn and snow calculators direct customers to a Jobber request flow. Other website forms may continue to use the website request system as we update our forms.

If you receive an ASAP tracking reference, someone who has that reference can use it to view the request’s status, submission date, town/state and requested service. The public tracking page does not display your street address, ZIP code, contact details or request notes. Keep references and tracking links private. Jobber client-hub links should also be kept private.

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, prepare estimates and proposals, confirm property details, coordinate work, send relevant updates, manage billing and provide support. We also use records to secure our systems, prevent misuse, resolve concerns and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Marketing communications are handled according to your choices and applicable consent requirements. Permission to contact you about requested work is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional messages.

Information may be shared with providers that help us operate the website, manage requests and communications, process payments and maintain business records. This includes Jobber for the functions described above and website hosting and storage providers.

We may share the property, contact and scope information needed by ASAP staff and selected service partners to review or perform your requested work. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Relevant records may be shared with staff and service partners who need them to perform or review the work, and with insurers, insurance representatives, legal advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to address an incident, claim, legal obligation, or dispute. We limit sharing to information appropriate to the purpose. These uses do not authorize independent marketing by recipients.

We do not sell customer personal information or provide it to third parties for their independent marketing. Mobile phone information and text-message opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process that information on our behalf to deliver messages and support the program.

Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for features such as form operation, security and authentication. Photos and site documents you provide are used to understand, quote and manage the requested work. We will ask for separate permission before using identifiable customer-property images in public advertising. Submitting a service request is not permission to publish your name, exact address or identifiable property photos for marketing.

ASAP may collect photographs or video of work areas and maintain service records, including visit times, site conditions, services performed, products and quantities applied, access limitations, customer instructions, and approvals. These records help us plan and document work, review quality, explain billing, and respond to incidents or claims. We aim to limit collection to information reasonably relevant to those purposes.

We retain service and consent records for periods appropriate to their purpose and applicable legal, contractual, and insurance requirements. Records relevant to an incident, claim, or anticipated dispute may need to be preserved even when deletion is requested. Public advertising using identifiable customer-property images requires separate permission as described in this policy.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and limit business-system access to authorized users. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of a request reference or client link.

We may verify your identity or authority before acting and explain when information must be retained. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, opt out of certain uses, or appeal a decision. We will handle requests and any appeal in accordance with the law that applies.

Our services are directed to adults arranging property care, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it.
