Our service standards

Know what to expect from ASAP.

A clear process for your lawn, landscape, seasonal cleanup and snow service—from the first estimate to questions after a visit.

01

A clear starting point

Calculator prices are starting estimates. We review the address, access, condition and requested work before confirming a quote. A request alone does not reserve a visit or activate snow service.

02

An agreed scope

Your approved quote identifies the work, service areas, price and applicable terms. Ask us to clarify exclusions, disposal, materials or optional treatments before approving. Additional work needs an agreed scope and price.

03

Practical scheduling

Weather, ground conditions, storm activity and safe access affect routes. Use your ASAP communications for scheduling details and contact the office if you need an update. Extra mowing growth caused by ASAP’s weather delay does not carry an overgrowth surcharge.

04

Your property’s details matter

Share gate and pet instructions, fragile surfaces, irrigation features, boundaries and areas to avoid privately with the office. Move vehicles and other obstacles from the agreed work area when required for service.

05

Completion you can discuss

ASAP uses service records appropriate to the work to support quality review and follow-up. For snow and ice visits, our records should identify the visit time, observed conditions, areas serviced, clearing and deicing performed, and any blocked areas or declined work. Relevant photos and material-use details support those records. Customer-facing report formats and delivery frequency are specified in the agreement.

06

One place for concerns

Contact ASAP about work coordinated by our crews or selected service partners. Include the property, service date and what needs attention so we can review the concern and discuss the next step.

These standards explain our general approach. Your approved quote and service agreement define the work, schedule, pricing and any specific reporting requirements. Read our Service Policies for more details.

Commercial, HOA & snow planning

Make the site plan part of the conversation.

Bring a map or request a walkthrough to review the work boundaries. Identify priority entrances, pedestrian routes, private areas, operating hours and snow-placement restrictions. Include your reporting needs in the proposal request.

What to define in a service record

Use this checklist to discuss documentation for your property:

  • Property, visit date, arrival and departure times
  • Observed weather and surface conditions
  • Agreed tasks and areas completed
  • Any blocked, unsafe or unfinished areas
  • Snow removal and deicing recorded separately, where applicable
  • Products and quantities applied, where applicable
  • Relevant photographs and customer instructions or declined work
  • Questions or follow-up work requiring review

Reporting format and frequency are confirmed in the agreement; this checklist is not a record of a completed visit.
