The right scope for every season.

Request one service or coordinate a year-round proposal. We separate the tasks, frequencies and seasonal terms so you know what you are approving.

Lawn & grounds care

Recurring mowing, trimming and blowing for the areas in your plan. Identify shared grounds, individual yards and the frequency you need.

Landscaping & bed care

Mulch, decorative stone, shrub care and planting projects with preparation, materials and disposal clearly scoped.

Seasonal cleanups

Spring resets, fall leaves, bed cleanup and suitable storm debris removal. Discuss visit frequency and hauling requirements.

Snow removal & deicing

Review roads, parking areas, driveways and pedestrian routes. Define service triggers, treatment areas and snow-placement restrictions.

Make proposals easier to compare

Clear boundaries. Fewer assumptions.

A useful proposal starts with the same expectations on both sides. Share what is included today, what needs to improve and any requirements that a new provider must meet.

For snow, identify roads, parking spaces, entrances, driveways and walkways individually. For grounds care, distinguish shared spaces from homeowner or tenant responsibilities.

Request a proposal

Your proposal checklist

  • Property or organization name and authorized contact
  • Site addresses, approximate size and number of homes or sites
  • Requested services, frequencies and contract start
  • Site map or a link to your existing RFP
  • Access hours, snow placement and areas to exclude
  • Submission deadline and vendor requirements

Public bids and regulated facilities may have specific qualification requirements. We review these before confirming participation.

Questions from property managers & boards

Can I request a combined lawn and snow proposal?

Yes. Select both service types or choose a year-round maintenance proposal. Each season will have a defined scope, schedule, price and applicable terms.

What does an HOA need to provide?

Identify the authorized contact and distinguish common grounds from individually maintained areas. A site map, number of homes, desired frequencies and winter service boundaries help us prepare the review.

Can you work from an existing RFP?

Include the submission deadline and a shareable link to your scope or site plan in the request. We review service fit, capacity and the requirements before confirming whether we can prepare a proposal. If your documents are private, ask us how to share them after initial contact.

Do you service every facility type shown here?

These are property types we can review for exterior maintenance. Acceptance depends on the scope, location, capacity and any procurement or vendor qualifications. A request does not confirm eligibility or acceptance for a particular contract.

Can we discuss insurance and vendor requirements?

Yes. Include the insurance limits, documentation, site access rules and other requirements in your proposal notes. We review them before confirming suitability for the contract.

Does submitting a proposal request schedule work?

No. We first review the site and requirements. Work begins only after the scope and terms are accepted and the required approvals and any payments are complete.
