Mow and More NJ LLC dba ASAP Property Services operates this website. In these terms, “ASAP,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business.

These terms describe use of asaptpc.com and the ASAP lawn and snow calculators that link to them. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Service Policies provide general preparation and scheduling guidance.

You may use the website to learn about services, explore estimates and contact ASAP. Provide accurate information and submit requests only for yourself or a property or organization you are authorized to represent. Service requests and approvals must be made by an adult with authority to arrange the work.

Do not submit fraudulent requests, upload malicious material, interfere with the website, or attempt to access another person’s records. Use property photos and documents only when you have permission to share them.

Calculator results and advertised starting prices are preliminary estimates. Actual pricing depends on the property, measurements, condition, access, requested work and applicable taxes. Illustrations and example projects show service concepts and do not establish the scope for your property.

Submitting a form, receiving a reference number or requesting a proposal does not book a visit, reserve a route opening or create a service contract. ASAP must review and accept the request. Service is confirmed only after the applicable quote and agreement are approved, required payments are received and ASAP confirms acceptance.

Listed towns and counties identify areas where requests may be reviewed. Coverage and scheduling remain subject to the specific address, work and available capacity.

The accepted quote and service agreement specify your work areas, services, price, payment schedule and service-specific conditions. If general website guidance conflicts with those documents, the accepted documents control the service to the extent permitted by law. Website changes do not automatically change an existing contract.

Additional areas, materials or tasks require review and approval before becoming part of the work. Site visits, reminders and conversations do not authorize undisclosed additional charges.

Property-specific risk acknowledgments, deicing selections, and any agreed allocation of responsibility will be presented with the relevant quote, agreement, or written amendment before acceptance. Browsing this website, using a calculator, or sending an inquiry does not by itself constitute acceptance of a liability release or indemnity obligation. Any such provision must be separately and clearly identified in the accepted documents.

We will identify the applicable version of terms presented for acceptance. A later website update does not retroactively change an existing service agreement. Any change to an accepted scope, treatment selection, or allocation of responsibility must follow the agreement’s amendment process. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Payment deadlines, deposits, authorized card charges, cancellation terms and any refunds are governed by your accepted agreement and applicable law. A request form alone does not authorize payment or card charges. Contact the office promptly about billing questions or requested changes.

The ASAP Property Services messaging program supports request follow-up, quotes, appointments, weather or scheduling updates, invoices and customer support. Where you have opted in, messages may be sent using automated systems. Frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Promotional texts require a separate opt-in where required. Agreeing to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing services. Browsing the website or accepting these website terms alone does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. For help, reply HELP or contact 609-715-1577 or operations@mowandmore.com. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. You may arrange another way to receive service information; opting out does not cancel your service agreement. Message delivery can be affected by carrier and network conditions, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use Jobber for certain forms and customer interactions. Its services and other linked third-party services have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Keep client-hub links and request references private. Contact ASAP if a form fails or you are unsure whether a request was received.

Website and messaging availability may be interrupted. Do not use a request form to report an emergency or assume it results in immediate dispatch.

Website text, design, branding and media belong to ASAP or their respective owners. You may view and print information for your own service inquiry; other reuse requires permission from the relevant owner, except where law permits it.

We aim to keep information accurate and may correct errors. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits nonwaivable consumer rights. These terms do not release ASAP from responsibility for its own work or replace the terms of an approved service agreement.

We will date revisions when these website terms change. Material changes requiring consent will be handled as required by law. New Jersey law applies, subject to any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
