Our service standards

Seasonal Cleanups

A cleaner property for the season ahead.

01

Fall leaf cleanup

Gather and clear leaves from the lawn, beds and hard surfaces in your scope. Identify wooded edges, heavy accumulation and whether hauling is needed.

02

Spring property cleanup

Review winter debris, leftover leaves and outdoor areas that need attention before regular maintenance begins.

03

Bed weeding & cleanup

Identify the beds to clear and the plants to protect. Describe the current growth so the time and removal needs can be assessed.

04

Storm debris cleanup

Send photos of fallen branches and scattered yard debris once the area is safe to access. We confirm which material fits our equipment and service scope.

Every property needs its own scope. Mulch, bed improvements and disposal are included only when listed in your approved quote.

One cleanup or a plan for falling leaves?

A one-time visit clears the agreed areas at that point in the season. If trees are still dropping leaves, discuss additional visits in advance so expectations and pricing match the work needed.

Cleanup and hauling belong in the same conversation.

Debris volume, equipment access and disposal affect the estimate. Large tree work, hazardous material or debris near utility lines requires a separate review and is not assumed to be included in yard cleanup.

Before we get started

Can I request only leaf removal?

Yes. Select fall leaf cleanup and identify the lawn, beds and other areas you want included. Tell us whether you want the leaves hauled away.

Will one visit keep the yard leaf-free all fall?

No. Trees may continue dropping leaves after a visit. Ask about additional cleanup visits if you want a plan across the season.

Is storm cleanup the same as tree removal?

No. Yard-debris cleanup does not automatically include large tree removal or work near power lines. Send photos and describe the material so we can confirm what we can review.

Can we add mulch after a spring cleanup?

Yes. Mention the landscaping work in your request so preparation and the follow-up project can be quoted clearly.

Do wet leaves or rain affect scheduling?

They can. Saturated ground, wet debris and unsafe conditions can affect access and timing. We review conditions before confirming work.
